We want you to buy with confidence as you are important to us and we want you to be completely happy with the products and service that we offer. Therefore, with regards to returns, all items for return must be unused with all the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Purchases in store
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you change your mind and want to exchange or receive a refund (for goods that are not faulty) please return the goods with their tags and in their original packaging and present your Tilly Whims till receipt within 7 days of purchase. Goods returned after that time can not be refunded – an exchange or credit note will be given. Please also note that sale goods can only be exchanged or a credit note issued.

Exchange / Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase or 21 days in the case of international orders.
